Kilpatrick’s Chemistry & Life Sciences team is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent with education and work experience related to Organic Chemistry.

Candidates should have at least 3+ years’ of relevant experience in patent prosecution, preferably in law firm setting. The applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience. Chemistry, pharmaceutical and/or other small molecule prosecution experience required. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. Team requires Patent Agent to be based in one of the following Kilpatrick office locations: Seattle, WA; Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; Walnut Creek, CA. Team will also consider Patent Agent candidates who prefer to be based in Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Raleigh, NC; Washington, DC; or Winston-Salem, NC.

(Expected Salary Range: $160,000 – $220,000)
