Kilpatrick is seeking an experienced USPTO registered Patent Agent in the Life Sciences / Biotech field with at least 5 years of related patent prosecution experience. Ideal candidate would reside in DC and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule. Applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience.  Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing required.

Expected salary range is $145,000-$225,000.
