Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, Kilpatrick’s Trademark & Copyright Team seeks an associate with 5+ years of direct experience in domestic and international trademark prosecution, TTAB and opposition proceedings, global anti-counterfeiting enforcement, and broader IP strategy.
