Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark and Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP continues to grow and seeks an attorney in its China brands sub-group for its New York office. In addition to strong China trademark legal practice experience, ideal candidates will have marketing skills that we can leverage for existing clients and potential clients, both internal and external, in the US and Europe.  This position will help produce marketing materials and RFP responses, mentor junior team members regarding practice issues in China, and be adept at database building and management as well as performing overflow billable work where necessary.  Successful candidates will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (at a very proficient business level) and will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. Knowledge of Chinese and US trademark law and practice is essential. Must be barred in New York.  Salary range $180,000 to $200,000.
