Successful candidates will be fluent in Mandarin Chinese (at a very high business level) and will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing skills, be highly organized and detail oriented. Knowledge of Chinese and US trademark law and practice preferred but not essential. Must be barred in New York or Georgia.
