Kilpatrick Townsend’s Technology Transactions Team is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of experience in a transactional practice of a large law firm to advise clients on sophisticated transactional and product counseling matters regarding cutting-edge and transformative technologies such as Cloud Services, Internet of Things (IoT), Blockchain, Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Edge Computing, Robots, Digital Payments and other similar areas. The associate would work in either the Atlanta, Dallas or Washington DC offices of Kilpatrick Townsend. The team prefers for the candidate to have experience with large commercial transactions, including sourcing transactions, cloud agreements, technology/IP licensing, and strategic alliances and joint ventures. However, the team is willing to train someone who has a transactional experience with mergers & acquisitions, IP transactions, commercial lending and other general corporate transactions.
