KTS  is seeking an associate with excellent academic credentials and at least 5 years of domestic and international tax experience to join our Tax and Corporate practice. The ideal candidate must be able to work collaboratively with partners and associates, and be a key member of the team. The candidate should expect to:
 
·         Contribute to and have expertise in a broad range of tax matters such as domestic and international federal income tax matters, including cross-border tax planning strategies as well as taxable and tax-free mergers, acquisitions and dispositions of domestic and foreign corporations
·         Work on transactional matters related to complex tax planning and international tax structuring 
·         Prepare related memorandums, corporate documents and tax opinions
·         Support the practice by performing research and analysis
·         Actively seek out and participate in business development opportunities
