Kilpatrick is seeking an associate attorney with at least 3 years of experience in corporate leasing, portfolio management and construction; property acquisition and disposition; real estate financing and investment; real estate joint ventures; and/or development and redevelopment to join the firm’s award-winning real estate investment and development practice  in our Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Raleigh or Winston-Salem offices. We are looking for individuals with strong academic credentials, solid experience in sophisticated real estate law, attention to detail and excellent analytical skills, and a strong work ethic and desire to work collegially with and contribute to our national practice. Candidate must be licensed with preference for license in the state of the candidate’s base office.
