Kilpatrick’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks a USPTO-registered Attorney with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. Ideal candidate would have at least 5 years of industry experience in patent prosecution. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong technical written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested. This is an exciting opportunity to be exposed to cutting-edge technology in a wide array of technical fields.
