Patent Attorney/Agent/Engineer – Power Supply Design/Analog Circuits (CA, CO, DC, GA, NC, WA)
January 1, 1970Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution team seeks a full-time patent prosecution Attorney, Patent Agent, or Engineer experienced with power supply design and/or analog circuits. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Applicant must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Transcripts and related writing samples will be requested. For Attorney and Agent candidates, USPTO Reg # required. For Patent Engineer candidates, patent prosecution experience is not required, however, related education, work experience, and sincere interest in Patent Agent / Patent Attorney career path preferred.
Office location options: Atlanta, GA; Denver, CO; Menlo Park, CA; Raleigh, NC; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; Seattle, WA; Washington, DC; Winston-Salem, NC. Attorney candidates should have state bar corresponding with base office location. Remote work options may be considered for attorney candidates barred in states listed above.
Preferred Experience:
Knowledge and experience with the design of switch-mode power supplies is preferred. Other relevant experience includes the design of power regulators such as low drop-out regulators, charge-pump circuits and general analog circuits.
