Kilpatrick Townsend’s Mechanical & Medical Device Prosecution team seeks a USPTO-registered Associate attorney with at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience, and an MS or PhD in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. Applicants should have a strong academic record, and technical expertise in one or more of polymer chemistry, food chemistry, battery chemistry, and renewable fuels chemistry. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested.
