Kilpatrick Townsend’s Mechanical & Medical Device Prosecution team seeks a USPTO-registered Associate attorney or agent, with at least 2 years direct work experience as a patent attorney or agent, with experience in the mechanical engineering field. This position will be based in either our Seattle, Denver, or San Diego offices. Applicants should have a strong academic record, including a degree in engineering, physics, or similar fields. Additional industry work or patent experience with software is preferred. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Transcripts and patent prosecution writing samples will be requested.
