Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a 3L law student for an entry associate position with relevant transactional experience or coursework for its Atlanta office. The candidate should have interest and exposure to  M&A transactions and the ability to support others on a wide variety of deals—particularly M&A and private equity deals; the ability to draft M&A transaction documents; corporate due diligence projects; complex transactions closings; familiarity with corporate governance principles; and familiarity with federal securities laws. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials.
