Kilpatrick Townsend is seeking a patent agent to work in either our Atlanta, Denver, San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Walnut Creek, Washington, Winston-Salem.  Candidates should have at least 3+ years’ of relevant experience in patent prosecution, preferably in law firm setting. The applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience. Chemistry, pharmaceutical and/or other small molecule prosecution experience required. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus. Transcripts and writing samples will be requested.
