The Team Attorney position is an alternative to a traditional partnership-track position and has a lower billable hour requirement (and minimal non-billable requirements). We are looking for individuals with superior academic credentials and solid experience in the CMBS area. Ideal candidate would have familiarity with, and experience reviewing, pooling and servicing agreements, indentures, inter-credit or agreements and co-lender agreements for CMBS loans.  Any experience with loan servicing transactions is a bonus.

The Government Relations Advisor will assist and work with the team to provide federal government relations and regulatory services to clients across various sectors.
